This report is based on a UNDP-financed Economic Mission to the People's Republic of Angola in November/December 1987, for which the World Bank served as Executing Agency. The major objectives of this introductory economic review were to examine the structure and evolution of the Angolan economy and key sectors, and to provide recommendations on an economic rehabilitation strategy.
